ABOUT
About Daoine Centric
Daoine Centric was founded on the idea that success is defined and achieved through the decisions and behaviors of people. "Daoine" is the Gaelic word for "People". Many of the world's most renowned inventors originated in Scotland and created people ("daoine") centric inventions. The inventions spanned a broad range of fields such as medicine, science, technology, transportation, military/defense, agriculture and more.
The way we have managed people and organizations in the past (and currently) is changing rapidly. There is, and will continue to be, a global shift in business practices to focus on human-centered design and outcomes.
At Daoine Centric we approach all engagements through the lens of our stakeholders (the Board of Directors, CEO, Sr. Leadership, Managers/Supervisors and Employees). We want to empathize with the environments you operate in, the roles you support, the challenges you face, the goals you have and the outcomes you would like to achieve.
We focus on making sure you have the right people ("daoine") strategy.
